Discover Nature's Remedies | Chamomile

In our new video series, alternative health expert Bryce Wylde discusses popular ingredients used in homeopathy. This first video is about Chamomile.
As Bryce explains, Chamomile flowers have pretty white petals and a cone-shaped yellow center. They bloom in the early summer and give off an aroma of fresh apples, which is where the Chamomile name comes from: - it's Greek for “earth apple.”
Western people have been singing the praises of chamomile since the time of the ancient Egyptians, and it's now used to treat more than one hundred different conditions.
Chamomile is often a wonderful solution as its soothing effect can calm distressed nerves. Maybe related to this is its role as a gentle sleep aid, and its effectiveness in easing muscle spasms.
